The gross weight electronic weigher Mod. ELA , OverallProject

The gross weight electronic weigher Mod. ELA is capable of production between 150/250 bags for hours.

It is mainly used in restricted space and where the required production is not very hight.

The simplicity of machine’s operation makes it both practical and reliable.

The ELA weigher is composed of a single screw feeder which is controlled by a frequency changer and a special electropneumatic catchgate.

The electropneumatic filling mouth is positioned below the feeder and is supported by two accurate class C3 load cells.

Once the desired weight is reached, the catchgate closes and the weight becomes stable.

The weight is memorised in the grand total.

The filling mouth then opens thus discharging the product, while the scale renders itself ready for the next cycle.

The electrical control panel is fitted with a PLC and computer for efficient management of the weight.

The ELA weigher is ready to be connected via a serial link RS 485 to a PC or a printer.
