She received her law degree from Catholic University of Milan-Italy, Magna Cum Laude, 1991. Member of the Register of Attorneys of Milan since 1994, she has been a barrister of the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2006 and was appointed arbitrator by the Court in contentious corporate. In 1999-2000 she attended a Master of Laws degree programme in Internet Law, Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London , UK. She assisted foreign multinational groups for Mondini-Rusconi, Milano 1995/2003, Donovan & Giannuzzi, New York, USA 2000, Wragge & Co.-Norton Rose M5 Group, Birmingham, UK 1995, Studio Spolidoro, Milano 1994/1995. Practitioner at State Law Office 1991/1993. She is an experienced Attorney specialized in civil and international law, general litigation, legal advice in corporate law, contracts, intellectual property law, real estate & property and she represents foreign clients in Italy and Italian clients abroad. In 2003 she established the Scalzi International Law Office.
