Since 1985, our company, Capelli srl , has been working out valves and parts of valves using the latest conception of C.N.C machineries. We arrange the complete requested supply on the basis of certificated raw materials, approoved traciability and marking. ( We are 3.1 TUV approved) Our high-technology equipments allow us to work valve components (top entry end connections, body, flanges, balls, seats ) from 1/2" to 48" max weight 7.000 Kg. getting a very high quality level and keeping an average machining time of 30 days from the arrival of raw material. We are in a position to satisfy every requirements according to a specific technical drawing, to the raw material type: forgings, castings etc. ( A105 – LF2 – F316 – F51 – F44 – inconel – monel - titanium and others ) and the delivery time .
We propose ourselves as a supplier of valve spare parts set (ball+seats+inserts in PEEK or PFTE + stem and bolts) together with certificated raw materials.

We can supply raw material - 3.1 and 3.2 reports by a Thirdy Parts ( TUV – Lloyd’s- Bureau Veritas), we carry out the premachining , the welding overlay in Gtaw and Gmaw process , the final machining operations after welding and any NDT tests ( UT – LP – MPI - Xray ) .

Our new Electro Discarge Machining division is available to work any particular detail at a top quality level.

Balls and seats supply


Our company, with the new department for balls and seats working, we are qualified as manufacturer of 3” to 26” finished - straightened balls in A105, LF2, F304, F316, F51 and ENP plating. We are manufacturing from 2” up to 60” seats in the requested certified raw material We would be glad to prepare a prototype as per your drawing.
Capelli srl has the capabilities to carry out valve overhauls and upgrades to every type, size and class of valve. We are able to refurbish valves, proceeding with inconel overlay internal cladding and remachining.
Typical upgrades process we carry out are as follows :-
  • Disassembling of the valve
  • Washing of all the components and careful checking of all the parts
  • Replacement of defecting details
  • Quotation for the overhauls operations conformed to the part and to the customer’s requests.
  • In case the quotation cost is not accepted by you, we will not charge you of any costs.
  • Assembling and testing and re painting and shipping

We are ready to receive one of your valve so to do a trial overhaul order.
