Over 25x25 turning tube; thickness: 1, 5/1, 2 mm. AISI 304 stainless steel (Aisi 430 on request) with stability reinforcement. The top and bottom has whether square or rounded corners.  FEATURES  The rack supports 45 mm trays&#039; slides. Its basement is rounded, in order to facilitate the proper and safe usage. It disposes of tray locking system for guiding the placing and at the same time for preventioning the rear spillage. The floors are usually either 15 or 18, but it is possible to modify the conformation, according to any other request. The resin wheels are 100 mm diameter (80 mm. for 40x60 and 50x70) and they bear high temperatures. They are made of stainless steel bushing and Teflon compass, rotating ball bearings. Stainless steel support on request. The trolleys are delivered disassembled and can be assembled with mounting clip and bolts.

Standard perforation with a 2-mm diameter and 3, 5 mm pitch (perforation, on request) Baking trays with 2, 3 or 4 turned down edges. Turned edge with from 1 mm high and 30 and 120 mm angle range. Corrugated baking trays Channels number on request (minimum diameter: 20/22 mm)  CARE AND MANTINENCE  Do not: Do not clean by using sharp or abrasive equipment. Do not clean under high pressure (more than 5 bars). Do not use alkaline, aggressive products or solutions that are not suitable for food products. Do not heat when the machine is empty. Do not drop or bang baking trays. Move them with care.  Do: Clean by using water (in dishwashers at 50&amp;deg;C max), with neutral PH agents. Wash under below 5 bars pressure. Dry baking trays before using them again. Keep the products in cleaned, dry and free-of-dust places.
