Molatrice/bisellatrice combinata che consente di eseguire simultaneamente filo piatto con filetti e bisello lucidato con ossido di cerio in un unico passaggio. Indicata per quei vetrai che realizzano tavoli in cristallo ed effettuano grandi produzioni. Questa macchina, unica nel suo genere, permette di realizzare filo piatto e bisello con una sola macchina e quindi di evitare numerose movimentazioni dei tavoli di cristallo riducendo in tal modo i rischi connessi a questi spostamenti e dimezzando il tempo di produzione in quanto la lavorazione di filo e bisello viene eseguita in un unico passaggio. La prima sezione della macchina, dedicata alla molatura, è composta da 2 mole diamantate, 2 mole per filetto, 1 mola in resina, 2 mole lucidanti. Questa disposizione mole offre un alto grado di lucidatura sul filo piatto fino a 19 mm. La macchina, inoltre, è dotata di un braccio mobile di entrata con il quale è possibile regolare l’asportazione sul filo del vetro fino a 5 mm ed è quindi in grado di eliminare tutte le imperfezioni dovute al taglio delle lastre. La seconda sezione della macchina, dedicata alla bisellatura, è composta da 2 mole diamantate, 2 mole in resina, 1 mola per filetto e 2 feltri per poter ottenere un ottimo bisello fino a 45 mm di larghezza e con inclinazione da 3 a 45°. Straight-line edging/bevelling machines for the simultaneous processing of flat edge and bevel polished with liquid cerium oxide in one single passage. Indicated for those glass-works that realize crystal tables and have big productions, this model allows the realizing of flat edge and bevel with only one machine and so it avoids numerous handlings of the crystal tables reducing this way the risks. It also helps halving the production time because the processing of the edge and the bevel are carried out in a single passage. The first section of the machine, devoted to the grinding, is composed by 2 diamond wheel, 2 wheels for the arris, 1 resin wheel, 2 polishing wheels. This wheels configuration offers a high polishing level on the flat edge till 19 mm. Moreover the machine is equipped with an adjustable inlet conveyor with which it is possible to adjust the glass removal up to 5 mm. So it is able to remove all the flaws due to the sheets’ cut. The second section, devoted to the bevelling, is composed by 2 diamond wheels, 2 resin wheels, 1 wheel for the arris and 2 felts in order to obtain an excellent quality bevel till a 45 mm width and with an inclination from 3 up to 45°.
