Automatic belt feed bagging machine for valve bags suitable and specially made for the bagging for easy flow products and granular products.

This new model of bagging machine with belt Mod. IVN, is a fast bagging machine, suitable for valve bags with minimum dimension of mm. 110 and maximum of mm.180.

The belt bagging machine Mod. IVN has the predisposition for the connection to automatic lines, with the weighing system for the product dosing.

The weighing system which is positioned before the bagging machine will provide the product dosing, once the product has been transferred inside the bagging machine, it will be forced fed inside the bag which is located to the bag holding and filling spout.

To assure a perfect bag filling and product leveling, the machine is equipped with a vibrating bag support, which will remove any product block that could be caused by the product it self.

The vibrating bag support has also a lifting, so to remove very quickly the filled bag from the machine filling position.

The empty bag placing to the bag holding and filling spout of the machine, can be done totally in automatic bag feeding machine, or, by the operator in a manual mode.
