The automatic carousel machine is equipped with an automatic bag placing machine by OverallProject

The automatic carousel machine is equipped with an automatic bag placing machine, where the empty bags are horizontally positioned in its storage.

The bag picking is done by rubber suckers, which by air suction carries the bag to the needed height.

Eventually, the bag is caught with pneumatic pliers which rotates the bag at 90° in a vertical position, ready to be picked by the pneumatic unit which will take the bag to the carousel.

The carousel rotates clock wise, driving the bags to all the working positions.

Position 1 . The carousel has the function to open the bag mouth as it is necessary for the product discharge.

Once this operation has been done the carousel will rotate to Position 2 in this positions the product will be discharged by the net weight weighers. Once the product has been discharged, the unit for the bag shopping will move up to hold the filled bag, mean while the pliers for the bag holding are setting into position to receive the next bag at the carousel bag mouth.

The closure of the filled bag is done by the upper pliers while the carousel is rotating, so to be ready for the next positions.

Position 3. This position can be utilized for option functions such as: bag air suction unit, bag flattening, ink jet printer.

Position 4. In this position the filled bag is removed from the carousel by the means of pliers, which delivers the bag to the belt conveyor, held by the pilers, the bag is taken to the bag clousure line, which is done in automatic by sewing or welding.

The machine is controlled by PLC.

The electrical motors are controlled by independent frequency changer.

The electrical control panel includes the numerical digital display with self diagnostic.
