Modular stainless steel electric deck oven with overlying and independent chambers. Its versatile nature makes it suitable for various bakery needs (bread, pastry, pizza) and its structure allows the oven to be repositioned. The oven has an independent temperature control system and steam aspiration system. The electronic controller reduces the power by 50%, in order to limit energy wasting.
