Proving stainless steel chamber for trolleys and rotating rack ovens. It maintains predetermined temperature and humidity conditions, which ensure both a uniform and perfect leavening and a stable heat and steam mixture. On request, the external and internal parts and the digital control board can be realized in stainless steel.
