This rotating rack oven with its electric power device is suitable for both small-and-medium-sized pastry and bakery shops. It grants a uniform cooking method and it is always ready for use. The burner can work whether with gas or with oil diesel burner. The electric deck chamber is installed between the oven and the proofer with the capacity of 2 trays and a useful height of 18, 23 or 28 cm.

Structure and evacuation system are made of stainless steel with double glass door.
The steam device that is situated in the baking chamber, is driven by an adjustable time system.
It can be equipped with mechanical control panel or digital programmable device.
Three phase oven with 400 Volt 50/60 Hz 3-phase ground. Other voltages can be provided on request.
All its parts have a 2-years-guarantee (excluding those elements that are subject to normal wear and tear).
The machine conforms to the EU directives.
